Abstract

In recent years we have witnessed a growing interest in evaluating the quality of Higher Education as a central element in the new educational framework. However, despite the progress recently made in university teaching, oriented to autonomous learning, it is still common to find teaching styles where the teacher is who is primarily responsible for good class performance.

This work provides a tool to assess different styles of leadership used by teachers for the students’ learning process. Its main contribution is to further the implementation of a classroom management model, that overcomes the limitations of traditional techniques based on the lecture, and that has been applied in the context of an international agreement on scientific and technical cooperation in universities in two countries.
