Frameworks for action in the fight against hunger

Abstract
This article defines and specfies the following frameworks for action in the fight against hunger: the right to food, food security and food sovereignty.These three aspects have traditionally offered different solutions to
the problem of starvation and malnutrition, but interaction is needed to create protective mechanisms in judicial spheres and public policies to encourage the governance of global food security at different levels.
