Analysis of labour market for Andalusian graduates
Main Article Content
Abstract
in the last few years there has been an increase in the number of graduates wanting to enter the labour market, when there is no adjustment between the offer of jobs in keeping with the degrees obtained and the present demand by graduates. this paper has surveyed the labour market for graduates in Andalusia, one of the communities with the highest unemployment rate at that education level. the survey is carried out through an univariable and multivariable descriptive analysis aiming to determine the main characteristics of demand (age, sex, degree, etc.) and the connections among them. it is attempted to know the probability for the Andalusian graduate of being out of employment paying attention to their personal and social characteristics.
