The new Autonomy Statute of Andalusia

Abstract
The new Autonomy Statute of Andalusia constitutes an over wide normative complex with characteristics that make it similar to a Constitution, although the main innovations follow in general the guidelines established by the previous Catalan text: declaration of social rights, detailed regulation of competences and design of the institutional relation system of the Community. The confi guration of its institutional system implies the defi nite normalization of the parliamentarian model in Andalusia.
