Renewal of principles of aid effectiveness. The challenges for Spain from the point of view of evaluation principios para una ayuda eficaz y aplicaciones para las ONGD.
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article analyses the principles of aid effectiveness that have been renewed in the High Level Forum of the OECD, the so–called Paris Declaration (March 2005). The five principles are commented and critically analysed, indicating the main problems and challenges ahead, both for donor countries and partner countries. The analysis is developed both at macro (or country) level and micro level (or foreign aid projects and programmes). At the micro level, the main challenges for the NGO’s projects are described, especially in the field of evaluation.
