Abstract
El mundo está viviendo en 2004 procesos electorales en decenas de países. Coinciden las elecciones de Andalucía y las Generales al Parlamento español, con las que a lo largo de estos meses se celebran, por ejemplo, al Parlamento Europeo, Rusia, Sudáfrica, la India o los mismos Estados Unidos. Y aunque vivimos en una especie de campaña electoral perenne, marcada más por las estrategias de marketing que por el debate de ideas, no dejará de ser interesante ver los temas en los que centran sus argumentos y propuestas quienes aspiran a gobernarnos.
