Incluimos a continuación dos documentos que pueden resultar de interés para nuestros lectores. El primero es la carta al Presidente Bush del Presidente de la Conferencia Episcopal estadounidense, en relación a la anunciada declaración de guerra contra Irak de la que hemos tenido referencias generalmente fragmentarias en los medios de comunicación en las últimas semanas. El segundo documento constituye una interesante reflexión valorativa de la Comisión de las Conferencias Episcopales de la Comunidad Europea (COMECE) acerca de los trabajos de la Convención europea actualmente en marcha1 . Creemos que ambos textos faciltan un acercamiento crítico y constructivo a dos procesos cargados de implicaciones éticas y sociales.
