Planning for NGDOs
Main Article Content
Abstract
It goes without saying that Non Governmental Development Organisations carry out praiseworthy social action. Their work manifests itself in a twin direction: North and South. In order for the NGDOs to be able to reach their objectives, it is necessary to establish satisfactory relationships of exchange with the inhabitants of the North on the one hand, and with those of the South on the other. In order to do this, the resources that the NGDOs have at their disposal must be optimised. In this line, the present article suggests a way to improve their working performance in the North. We express the need for the development of a process of strategic planning, supported by the philosophy of Marketing exchange.
