Abstract
The purpose of this scientific article is to analyze the standing of natural and legal persons as parties to proceedings before the Central American Court of Justice and, in particular, the jurisprudential development of jurisdiction "when judicial rulings are not in fact respected". The foundation of community law is studied for the determination of the powers of the Central American Court of Justice, the access of individuals to it and the evolution in the period 1994 -2020 of the jurisprudential position of the Central American Court of Justice in relation to the competence contained in article f) final part of the Statute Agreement. It systematizes the contribution of its resolutions to the construction of community law and the effects of the inclusion of procedural admissibility requirements in relation to the exercise of the referred competence.
