Following on from issues 301 and 309, this issue features three of the research projects that won awards in the latest edition of the Call for Papers initiative organized by the institutions of the Central American Integration System (SICA). Two of the studies included here focus on undernourishment and food security, approached from the perspective of analyzing the region's trade agreements and seeking innovative nutritional solutions. The third study examines the potential of regional cooperation in addressing global socio-environmental change.
Alongside this collaboration, the issue includes research dedicated to the application of impact measurements to Service-Learning (ApS) programs, and an analysis of Christian solidarity, an expression of the Social Doctrine of the Church, as one of the sources of cooperativism.
