Abstract
An overlook on how laity can unfold its co responsibility and participation in the Church, taking into account Ecclesial tasks that, according to current regulation, can be developed by lay people, male and female, including the possibility to exercise potestas regiminis, i.e. government in, the Church. Some possibilities are mentioned concerning consultation and joint decision taking, not forgetting the difficulties they can pose.
