The human being in process: between death and the promise of full health The need for a renewed Theology of Health
Main Article Content
Abstract
In a world marked by death in its many forms, Christian theology can redefine sickness and health - and thus salvation - and with them, life and hope without denying death or making it an alien reality in everyday life. It involves: -Recover the integral vision of the human being, especially in his or her materiality as the image and likeness of God. -Recover the eschatological dynamism of growth.-Integrate illness and vulnerability as “daily deaths” that announce and initiate the final death and with it the promise of full health-salvation.
