Main Article Content
Abstract
Although Political Theology was born in Europe and has been interlocutor of the social processes that affect the Old Continent, Spain preferred to choose the Liberation Theology like a tool for the overcoming of the dictatorship. In this article we are going to study the thematic confluences and the methodological divergences of both proposals. But above all, the objective will be to show how the new political theology contributed to carry out a transculturation of Liberation Theology from its original place to our social context.
