Biology and Spirituality: Can spirituality be a dimension of biology?

Abstract
From the field of the sciences of nature, begins to talk about spirituality as a dimension of the living reality. And that despite the fact that the reductionism scientism defends the superiority of nature over the humanities sciences. This stance has, however, been overtaken by Stephen Jay Gould and Edward O. Wilson. Now, an essay by geneticist Andrés Moya, president of the Spanish Society of Evolutionary Biology (SESBE), reflects on this point and is located in this open debate since half a century ago.
