Abstract

The hegemonic economical rationality intends to become itself as sufficient cause of the economical debts recognized by the prevailing system. Nevertheless, economical or juridical legitimacy is not synonym of moral legitimacy, because this last requires some conditions. The mechanism that generates the legitimacy ruled by the economical orthodox rationality is the concept of free contractual will. However, here the point is that the system needs a permanent and progressive indebtedness. In conclusion, it is necessary to change the actual economic modern paradigm.
