Abstract

For many years, occidental society has believed that religions should be kept in the private sphere, the personal sphere. In recent years, many philosophers and thinkers have raised the idea that religions should be part of the public sphere as a contribution. From the point of view of ethics of minimum and ethics of maximum, we want to analyze how religions could be a contribution to society in, at least, three fundamental aspects: transcendental, ethics and ecology.
