Abstract
The present text is a lecture offered by the author, on the inauguration of the season’s activities at the Centro Universitario Francisco Suárez, in Granada (Spain), on October 2013. Given the importance of the matter, the review’s Editorial Board has considered its publication to be quite timely. In this article a reflection is being offered about the corruption in our country, its causes, and the possible answers to it, both from the ethics’ perspective, and also from its legal point of view.
