The Word of God as the ultimate foundation of the positive norm
Main Article Content
Abstract
The author of this article intends to answer the question of the use of Sacred Scriptures in Canon law code. He makes different probes in the source published CIC (1917) and more specifically in the ‘Corpus Iuris Canonici’. This study is not an exhaustive review of each canon, nor of each Scripture passage, rather it tries to give a vision how has been the reception of the Bible in the shaping of Canon Law through the doctrine and ecclesiastical documents.
