Main Article Content
Abstract
This article prepares us for the Pauline year (June 28, 2008 to June 29, 2009) and it brings us near the personality of Paul from a viewpoint that attracted great attention among the scholars and biographers of the Apostle: his education. Tarsus and Jerusalem have been considered as the two cities that made up Paul’s personality. Scholars on an exclusive form bring forward proofs and decide in favour of Jerusalem (Hebrew standpoint) or Tarsus, (Hellenistic standpoint).
