Bioethics and biography From the ethics of the bios to the ethics of the vital argument
Main Article Content
Abstract
At the beginning of the s. XXI, it seems appropriate to reflect on the need to incorporate into bioethical reflection, too focused on duties, the What should I do?, the consideration also of vital arguments, the Who am I? Professor F. J. Alarcos points out in this work how in our time, a post-narrative time – where we hear very often "don't tell me your life"-, biographical construction requires not only telling others about your life, but also telling each one of them to themselves. But this task requires an effort to remember, remember and also forget, a dimension of humanity that perhaps we do not reflect much on.
