The Experience of the Risen Lord Current perspectives in theology
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the theology of recent decades, the centrality of the resurrection of Jesus has been recovered. However, this is happening at a time when it has become more difficult to explain and recognise the experience of the Risen One. It is no longer sufficient for the believer to refer to the act of faith from a testimony of the past. Today we need to redo experientially the encounter to which we are referred when we speak of the experience of the Risen One. This is the aim of the author of this article, who asks himself what it means today to be open to the experience of the Risen One, what are the conditions of possibility and what are the spheres in which it is possible to recognise that it is the Risen One who is making himself present in the life of the believer.
