Abstract
How can we deal with the work of an author like E. López Azpitarte? There can be little doubt today that the Second Vatican Council is the gateway to the authors who have given shape to the theological-moral structure of the post-conciliar period. In the Latin American sphere, López Azpitarte is an unavoidable point of reference when it comes to understanding the foundation, structure and distinctive issues of an authentically post-conciliar moral theology. Pablo Concha, a doctoral candidate of López Azpitarte, seeks in this article to understand him in relation to the main issues of the Council.
