Document on agrarian reform
Main Article Content
Abstract
The presentation of this document has a dual purpose for the author: first, to bring us closer to the serious problems of our world, in which the industrialized countries bear no small responsibility; second, to ask ourselves whether the doctrine on property that it recalls is not valid and appropriate for analyzing some problems more specific to our developed world and the global economy as a whole. The author emphasizes that the text expressly states that the goods of the earth must be at the service of all human beings and concludes that there is no shortage of resources in our world; what is lacking are the mechanisms to ensure that all human beings and all peoples of the earth have effective access to them.
