Abstract

Although the drug phenomenon is a very old problem, what is now alarming and worrying is its increasing frequency and spread. The fight against this scourge is not easy, as there are many factors involved in this whole process. But the economic benefits it brings, the culture imposed on us in our society, and the wounds of the human psyche are greatly conditioning the effectiveness of any solution.
