Aspectos éticos y jurídicos de la objeción de conciencia
Main Article Content
Abstract
From an ethical standpoint, conscientious objection has been regarded by many as one of the most significant achievements of our time. However, in the context of a society as pluralistic and democratic as ours, many may wonder how the ethical dimension of human life should be approached, and may even come to question the need for ethics. In this article, the author addresses the topic of conscientious objection in general, leaving its application in the health sciences for a later discussion.
