Theological principles for a Christian ecology from the Fathers of the Church
Main Article Content
Abstract
This work is a deepening in the theology of creation from an exposition of some texts of the Church Fathers. The Fathers consider Christ as creator and motor of creation; explain that the Trinity continues to be occupied in the work of creation; and show us the special dignity and mission of the human being in relation to the rest of the universe. Nowadays the world tries to open up to the ecological paradigm, so it is good to go to the patristic doctrine, which impels us to live with an ecological spirituality and praxis.
