Main Article Content
Abstract
Venantius Fortunatus, Bishop of Poitiers, at the end of the Sixth century and the beginnings of the Seventh, is fundamentally known to us for his poems, among which excel Pange, lingua, gloriosi proelium certaminis and Vexilla regis prodeunt, and likewise his writings in honour of the Virgin Mary, In laudem sanctae Mariae. In this paper we offer the translation and commentary of the Apostles's Symbol, inspired in the important commentary of the Creed carrried out by Rufinus from Aquileya.
